Tatyana White started programming in elementary school in the 1970's, when punch cards and computer tape were the only form of data entry. After majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics, Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude, at Tufts University, Tatyana went into sales and product management of software development tools. Her goal was to help people use software to make the world a better place. After completing an MBA program at Stanford University, Tatyana built Oracle's direct marketing database and then aligned Oracle's marketing initiatives with Intel and Intel-based hardware partners. After moving to the Boston area with her family, Tatyana managed market research and partner development at RSA Data Security. She received the Corporate Excellence Award for establishing RSA's Customer Advisory Council. Tatyana went on to co-found Mascot Network (SaaS social network for colleges, similar to Facebook), assuring the Mascot Online Student Center nomination as a 2001 Codie Award Finalist for "Best Education Administrative Product" by the Software Information Industry Association.
In 2001, Tatyana founded Brillianta to help businesses connect business strategy to marketing campaigns by truly experiencing their customers' journey. She has completed dozens of projects, interviewing hundreds of people, zooming in on buyer and user experience, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and the sales process. Brillianta specializes in enterprise software, information security, cloud services/infrastructure, and software as a service (SaaS) markets. Tatyana shares an office with her two cats and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two children, and their dog.
